Let the Answer Lose Its Hurry
Let urgency drain from the question so the shape of knowing can emerge.
An answer that belongs to you can remain through the night. It does not need panic to keep it alive.
If a decision has become tangled, place it outside the machinery of argument. Write the question plainly. Notice the answer you are trying to force and the one you are afraid to hear. Then stop.
The deeper mind has its own pace. Sleep gathers fragments that waking thought keeps scattering.
By morning, the answer may still be difficult, but difficulty and confusion are not the same. Let urgency drain away so the shape of what you know can emerge without being chased.
