PriorValue: More Clarity for Physicians. More Attention for Patients.
Behind every laboratory report is a person waiting to be understood—and a physician working to connect the pieces. PriorValue brings source-linked results, treatment context, clinical evidence, and AI-assisted synthesis together, helping physicians spend more attention where it matters: with the patient.

Behind every laboratory report is a human story.
More clarity for physicians.
More attention for patients.
Someone is waiting for an explanation.
Someone is trying to understand persistent exhaustion, a changing body, or symptoms that have become difficult to put into words.
Across the desk sits a physician trying to connect that experience with laboratory findings, medical history, recorded treatments, and the evidence available.
Both deserve a clearer picture.
That is why I am building PriorValue.

01 / The challenge
The work before the decision
Before a physician can make a thoughtful clinical decision, there is often a considerable amount of assembly.
Find the laboratory report. Locate the relevant result. Check the units. Read the reference comments. Establish the collection date. Review the medication list. Determine which details are confirmed. Find the supporting literature.
These tasks matter. Together, they consume attention that is already stretched thin.
As a pharmacist and integrative medicine scientist, I have seen how much meaning can depend on those details. A result becomes more useful when we understand its source, its limitations, and the circumstances surrounding it.
PriorValue is designed to bring that context within reach.
02 / Results with context
A clearer path through complex information
PriorValue organizes laboratory measurements into a structured review workflow, with links back to the original source pages. Available collection details can be extracted and presented for confirmation, reducing the need to retype information already contained in the report.
Colorful finding cards and explicit labels make results easier to scan. The exact values, units, inequalities, and laboratory reference wording remain visible.
That distinction matters. A result reported as “less than 5” retains that meaning. A missing detail stays identified as missing. A recorded medication remains distinguishable from confirmed use.
The physician can see what the record establishes—and where a question remains.
A laboratory result captures a moment. Understanding a person requires a wider view.
03 / Traceable knowledge
Evidence beside the finding
A useful clinical statement should have an identifiable foundation.
PriorValue connects supported findings with relevant studies or authoritative laboratory documentation. The clinician can examine the specific claim, its source, and the population, route, specimen, or method that affects its applicability.
The original laboratory evidence and the external clinical literature remain separate and accessible.
The aim is to make the reasoning easier to inspect.
A study may explain why administration route matters without establishing a treatment target for the person in front of the physician. A laboratory interval may describe a comparison population without answering every clinical question.
PriorValue helps make those distinctions visible.
04 / AI-assisted synthesis
AI that helps prepare the conversation
AI-assisted drafting brings accepted source results, documented history, relevant evidence, and unresolved context into a reviewable clinical briefing.
It can help organize the narrative, connect documented facts, and formulate focused questions for the clinician.
The physician reviews that work. Source confirmation, measurement acceptance, editorial review, clinical approval, and patient release remain distinct steps.
05 / The purpose
More attention for the person behind the numbers
Listening carefully. Examining the patient. Recognizing competing explanations. Understanding personal priorities. Weighing uncertainty. Deciding how to proceed.
These responsibilities give clinical care its meaning.
I want PriorValue to reduce the information burden surrounding them.
My ambition is to build a system that physicians recommend to colleagues because it makes their daily work more manageable: clearer findings, accessible sources, useful questions, and less time spent piecing together scattered documents.
The wider vision includes comparable results over time, hormone relationships, and deeper context around biological variation, laboratory methods, and collection conditions.
Each capability must earn its place by being useful, transparent, and open to clinical scrutiny.
