Confusion May Be a Conflict of Loyalties
Some confusion clears only when competing loyalties are named.
A decision can remain confusing because two loyalties are competing beneath it: truth and belonging, growth and familiarity, peace and approval. No amount of additional information resolves a value conflict left unnamed.
Ask which loyalty each option serves. Then ask which one you are willing to disappoint.
Clarity often arrives with grief because choosing reveals what cannot come with you.
