What Fear Is For
Fear is information at the threshold, not a verdict about the destination.
Fear is a signal, not a sentence. It shows up most reliably at the edge of something that matters.
That does not make it an enemy. It makes it a messenger you have learned to misread. The question is not *how do I stop being afraid?* It is *what is this telling me is important?*
You do not have to feel brave to move. You only have to move while afraid, and let the feeling catch up later. It usually does.
