Why Certainty Is Overrated
We admire certainty, but much of it is simply the absence of examination. The most confident voice in the room is not always the most reliable one; often it is the least tested.
A more honest posture is conviction held with humility — a strong view, held loosely enough to update. That is not weakness. It is intellectual maturity.
